Aviado software does not receive nor store the information you provide during your credit card transactions.
When you order or purchase product or service on Aviado software, online or in-store, we collect your name, postal address, email address, and phone number for order confirmation, order shipping, and receipt delivery. Said information are used solely for said purposes and are only disclosed to third parties that operate services for said purposes (email, text, shipping).
Customer Care such as order confirmation and receipt delivery are one-time communcations.
When you order or purchase product or service on Aviado software, online or in-store, we may ask you to agree to receive Marketing Communcations from Aviado to the phone number that you provide. Examples of such Marketing Communcations include:
• Seasonal greetings for Christmas, New Year, Valentine's, July Forth, Halloween, Thanksgiving
• Personalized messages for special occasions such as anniversaries of the first visit
• Announcement of new products and services
• Special discounts and promotions
Request for consent to receive Marketing Communcations is separate from information collection for Customer Care purposes. Aviado collects and stores information for Marketing Communications and only discloses said information to third parties that operate services for said purposes.
Aviado does not resell nor share information for Marketing Communications with any other marketing third parties. In the event that Aviado is sold or merged, you will be notified of the new business and their Privacy Policy with their request for consent.
You can stop receiving Marketing Communications from us at any time, by replying STOP to a marketing text message you receive from us, or by unchecking the consent request on this page or when you visit one of our other websites. Stopping receiving Marketing Communincations do not effect your receiving Customer Care communications.
